Woz Way is located at the intersection of Almaden Blvd and Highways 280 and 87 offering excellent freeway visibility and convenient access to public transit at the Children’s Discovery Museum. The site when assembled will be one of the largest potential office development sites in the downtown core. The total project site represents +/- 3.0 acres with the vacation of Locust Street. KT Urban has submitted plans to the City for two 20-story office towers with 1.3 million square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of retail space and 30,000 square feet of outdoor terraces on four office levels.
