Adjacent to the Axis building and the historic De Anza Hotel, this prominent corner location is also within walking distance of SAP Center home of the San Jose Sharks, San Pedro Square and Diridon Station. Purchased as part of the original parcel intended for the Axis project, ownership was able to subdivide the property leaving this corner parcel which served as a small parking lot during the sales of the Axis condominiums. The 19-story hotel will include 272 with ground floor amenities, and a rooftop bar.
