Located near the intersection of Knowles Drive and Capri Drive in Los Gatos. In September 2015, approvals were received to construct 33 single-family homes on the 3.34-acre parcel. Convenient access to Highway 17 and 85 and walking distance to several key locations such as the future Vasona Light Rail station, Netflix headquarters, El Camino Hospital, Los Gatos Creek Trail, Vasona Station Shopping Center and several parks. Currently under construction.
