Aviato is located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, and the new North San Pedro Area. Starcity and C2K Architecture has developed a conceptual site plan for the site consisting of somewhere between 700 and 800 bedrooms above ground-level retail that includes a “compact urban market”.

The North San Pedro Area provides convenient access to major Silicon Valley employment centers in North San Jose, Downtown San Jose, Santa Clara, and Sunnyvale. Residents will benefit from the proximate location to Diridon Station (Caltrain, VTA Light Rail, BART and High Speed Rail) as well as the confluence of Highways 87 and 280.

Aviato will take advantage of approximately $24 million in infrastructure investment including new streets and public open spaces such as Bassett Park & Pellier Park. The new streets and parks will link Aviato with Silvery Towers and provide convenient access to San Pedro Square Market.
