San Jose City Council unanimously approves KT Urban’s Woz Way mixed-use project

July 1, 2021, San Jose, Calif. – Cupertino-based KT Urban, a real estate development and investment company, received unanimous approval from the San Jose City Council to advance a plan for Woz Way Offices, a 1.8M-square foot, mixed-use office development located at 280 Woz Way in San Jose. Working with Portland-based C2K Architecture, KT Urban plans to build two 20-story towers housing 10,000 square feet of retail and 30,000 square feet of outdoor terraces over multiple levels.

“We are pleased to receive the unanimous support of the city council,” said Mark Tersini, Principal at KT Urban. “This approval enhances the clear goals of the General Plan and complements a strong urban core. Eloquently designed by C2K Architecture, this transit-oriented project has a superior location with phenomenal visibility along Highways 280 and 87 and is just a short walking distance from all forms of public transportation.”

Offering four levels of parking below grade and four above grade for a total of 1,215 spaces, the 2.93-acre site is ideally located near the San Jose McEnery convention center, the Children’s Discovery Museum, and several light rail stations, as well as entrances to Hwy 280 and Hwy 87.

KT Urban will provide a construction timeline and groundbreaking information at a later date.
