The Valley Title site is bordered by San Carlos Street on the North and San Salvador on the South and lies between First and Second Streets. At 2.84 acres, the site is the largest and most significant development within the City of San Jose and the SoFA (South of First Area) district. The architecture of the Valley Title site will respond to its setting and will further the emergence of the SoFA district–as a place where the arts, entertainment and technology collide in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The primary aim of the Valley Title project will be to realize a unique and distinct place. KT Urban and C2K Architecture have the vision and experience to balance the objectives of the City’s South First Street Strategic Development Plan with the team’s economic interests.
KT Urban and C2K Architecture have developed a mixed plan for the property that includes three (3) high rise towers around a prominent street level plaza located at the NW corner of the site. The gross square footage of the combined project is approximately 2.8 million SF. The property has the potential to develop 1,000 residential units, a 120 room hotel and 36,000 SF of groundfloor retail.
